What a row is

One green taxi trip. Green cabs can pick up street hails only outside central Manhattan and at the airports, so there are far fewer of them than yellow cabs. The columns match yellow trips, plus trip_type and ehail_fee and minus airport_fee, so the two stack with UNION ALL BY NAME.
