What a row is
Section titled “What a row is”One week. For every slow weekday of every zone of kind slow zone in subway slow zones, we take the extra seconds times the trains that ran (train-hours) and times the riders who passed through (rider-hours), and add them up by week. This is the series behind the chart at the top of the slow zones page.
